Are Your Emails Actually Being Delivered?

Most aren’t. And worse, many businesses don’t even know it.

How It Works (in Plain English)

Think of email authentication like locking your front door:

  • SPF: Verifies the sender’s address.

  • DKIM: Seals the message so it can’t be tampered with.

  • DMARC: Gives instructions on what to do with suspicious mail.

If even one is missing, your domain is vulnerable.

Your Business Deserves Email Authentication That Actually Works

Email Authentication protects your brand, your domain, and your customer relationships.

If you’re sending legitimate emails from an unauthenticated domain, you’re putting your deliverability, reputation, and revenue at risk. We help you fix that.

If your domain isn’t properly authenticated, your emails are likely hitting spam folders–or worse, getting spoofed by bad actors.

You deserve to be trusted in your customer’s inbox. And that starts with securing your email domain.

The Problem Most Business Owners Don’t See

  • SPF, DKIM, and DMARC aren’t just tech jargon.
  • Since April 2024, Google and Yahoo require DMARC for inbox delivery.
  • As of May 5, 2025, Microsoft now enforces similar policies for Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.com users.
  • If your domain isn’t authenticated, your legit emails might not even show up.
  • Worse? Hackers can spoof your domain to phish your customers.

Industry-Wide Enforcement is Here

  • Google & Yahoo require SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for bulk senders as of February 2024
  • Microsoft enforcement began May 5, 2025 for Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.com.

  • Senders must comply—or risk junk folder placement and eventual rejection.

  • Apple also requires SPF and DKIM but has yet to announce DMARC enforcement.

The writing’s on the wall: email authentication is now non-negotiable.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is email authentication and why is it important?

Email authentication uses protocols like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to verify that emails sent from your domain are legitimate. Without it, your emails may be marked as spam—or worse, your domain could be used in phishing attacks.

What’s the real risk of skipping email authentication?

A: If your domain isn’t protected, your emails might look suspicious to inbox providers. That means your messages can quietly land in spam—or never arrive at all. Worse, someone could impersonate your domain and trick your customers.

Why are SPF, DKIM, and DMARC all necessary?

They each do different jobs. SPF tells the world which servers can send on your behalf. DKIM signs every message so no one tampers with it. DMARC gives instructions when something doesn’t check out. One missing piece and the protection breaks.

Is this only for companies sending mass emails?

It matters for everyone—but it’s mandatory if you’re sending more than 5,000 emails per day. Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft now require it. Even smaller senders benefit from stronger inbox placement and protection.

When did email platforms start enforcing these rules?

Google and Yahoo began enforcement in April 2024. Microsoft followed in May 2025, covering Hotmail, Outlook, and Live accounts. If you’re sending bulk email without full authentication, they’re either blocking or junking it.

Will Apple reject unauthenticated mail too?

Not yet – but Apple already expects SPF and DKIM in place. While DMARC enforcement hasn’t started, they’ve made it clear that compliant senders get priority.

How do I know if my domain is compliant?

Start with our free scan. It checks your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup and gives you a clear score. If anything’s missing, we’ll walk you through what to fix.

Do I need a technical background to set this up?

No. We handle the implementation for you – DNS records, platform connections, reporting, all of it. You don’t need to speak IT to stay protected.

    What platforms can you support?

We work with nearly everything: Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Zoho, Freshdesk – you name it. We’ll make sure every tool sending email under your domain is covered.

How fast is the setup process?

Usually 2 to 3 business days. Once we have access, we move quickly. You’ll get updates along the way and a confirmation when everything’s properly aligned.

What’s included in the ongoing monitoring?

We’ll track your domain’s authentication score closely and share reports monthly, flag any failures or issues, and alert you to potential spoofing. Think of it like domain insurance – with a dashboard.

Will this help my emails stop going to spam?

Almost certainly. Email platforms look for authentication as a trust signal. Without it, even a clean, well-written message can get flagged. With it, you’re far more likely to land in the inbox.

Is this just setup, or do you stay involved?

Both. You can choose the standalone setup or the full service that includes ongoing monitoring, support, and monthly reporting. Most of our clients start with setup and stay for the peace of mind.

What happens if someone tries to spoof my domain?

You’ll get an alert. More importantly, your DMARC policy will decide what happens next: quarantine or reject. Either way, the bad actor gets blocked – and your brand reputation stays intact.
